Vasudha Chandna Gulati is a writer, blogger, reviewer and now with this book an editor as well. An Honours Graduate in English from Delhi University with a Masters Diploma in Marketing from Dehradun, she has donned many professional hats. She is presently based in Gurgaon after having lived in Bangalore, Chandigarh and New Delhi. In each of these places she found many opportunities to challenge her intellect, through painting, writing,teaching, or in a leadership role in marketing at a mall. A voracious reader, her passion for reading began at the age of four. She loves words, the nuances associated with sentences and marvels at how imagery can be woven with the combination of the two. In 2014, she redefined herself into the role of a story writer as there were numerous stories brewing in her and she finally sat down to put ink to paper.Her first short story, Unfound – Searching for Home, was first published in Defiant Dreams - Tales of Everyday Divas by Readomania in 2016, this book was selected by Oprah’s Book Club List 2.0. Two of her stories are also housed in the recently published Write India Stories,How Blue is My Sapphire won her the first place for Anita Nair’s prompt and I’ll Climb a Thousand Mountains third for Ravinder Singh’s prompt.Her articles can be found in Times of India Lifestyle, The Shri Ram School’s parent magazine String sand her poetry,in collections like Stree-Shakti and UnBound Emagazine. She is now working at her first novel, a tale old and new, of a man lost and a mother found.
